I practiced using Prezi to create presentations for ICT courses, following the objectives listed in the Manitoba ICT Curriculum.

Photoshop was used in our courses to create unique images, and photosynth was used to create 3D panoramic images.
Flipsnack
Flipsnack is a great way to create a digital portfolio of work using PDF images and text.
Haiku Deck
Haiku Deck is a presentation tool that I used for creating visually stimulating presentations with limited text.
Video Creation
Windows movie maker was used to create a video that we presented at the Flat Classroom Conference in Japan in 2012.
Powtoons
Powtoons is a video animation creating tool. I used it for creating presentation vidoes of my own. It is also a great tool for having students create their own presentations.
Animoto
Anitmoto is another terrific video creating tool. You can choose from a large variety of premade templates to design your own video. I created a video by inserting both texts and images, but you can also create videos with small clips embedded.
